STEP 2 - Packages Offered
Please choose a package that best suits your needs (choose only one):
A. Classic Reception Package (4 hr.) You're day your way. From the formal introductions to the last dance we'll take care of it all. Relax, enjoy and leave all the work to us. Four hours of entertainment time with free dance floor lighting and a professional DJ who will MC your event. Consult with us as much as you need and use our planning materials to organize your big day.
B. Deluxe Package (Ceremony) (5hr.) The Deluxe package includes everything in the classic package and more. The extra hour can be used for your ceremony music if you need it. All Microphones are included in this package as well. A Sound Choice Entertainment will meet with you and go over your ceremony music and detail out all of the steps to create the ceremony you want. We have a wide variety of ceremony music to choose from. Consult with us as much as you need and use our planning materials to organize your big day. This is a 5 hour package with 30 minutes dedicated to guest seating music and 30 minutes for a standard ceremony. 4 hours of reception time will follow.
C. Aerie at Eagle Landing (5 hours/ Cer. Included) Congratulation on booking your wedding at the Aerie at Eagle Landing. A Sound Choice Entertainment preforms many events per year at the Aerie and would love to help you with your wedding entertainment. Pricing includes 5 hours of music and a secondary small sound system for your ceremony. Remember you can always add more time onto your reception if needed. From the formal introductions to the last dance we'll take care of it all. Relax, enjoy and leave all the work to us. Free dance floor lighting and a professional DJ will MC your event. Consult with us as much as you need and use our planning materials to organize your big day.
D. Abernethy Center (5 hours / Cer. Included)) Congratulation on booking your wedding at the Abernethy Center. A Sound Choice Entertainment preforms over 20 events per year at the Abernethy Center and would love to help you with your wedding entertainment. Pricing includes 5 hours of music and your rehearsal is always included in the price. Remember you can always add more time onto your reception if needed. From the formal introductions to the last dance we'll take care of it all. Relax, enjoy and leave all the work to us. Free dance floor lighting and a professional DJ will MC your event. Consult with us as much as you need and use our planning materials to organize your big day. Your rehearsal is included in the price.
E. Langdon Farms Congratulation on booking your wedding at Langdon Farms. A Sound Choice Entertainment preforms many events per year at Langdon and would love to help you with your wedding entertainment. Pricing includes 5 hours of music and a secondary small sound system to assist with your ceremony. Remember you can always add more time onto your reception if needed. From the formal introductions to the last dance we'll take care of it all. Relax, enjoy and leave all the work to us. Free dance floor lighting mics and a professional DJ will MC your event. Consult with us as much as you need and use our planning materials to organize your big day.
H. Coporate 4hr. Event Hire us for your next Holiday Party, summer picknick, sales rally or awards banuest. Themed music, a quality sound system with a professional dj. Free lighting included.
I. Social 4hr. Event Planning a School dance, Anniversary, Bar or Bat mitzvah, Birthday party or just looking to get a group of friends and family together to dance and have a good time.
STEP 3 - Available Options

B. Additional ceremony sound system rental In some cases it's necessary to have an additional sound system. If you ceremony and reception are in the same location but different parts of the property you would benefit from having the dj ready for guest arrival with music. In most cases we don't move the larger sound system once is't set in place.
B. Audio Visual Rental / Projector & Screen Add our LCD projector, 8ft. screen, DVD player or Dell laptop to project your homemade wedding slideshow. The price includes set up and plugging in audio cables into our sound system for everybody to enjoy the show. Corporate rental also available.
C Up Lighting (6) lights Make your wedding facility pop with up lighting. Create any color to accent your wedding colors with our 6 wireless / cordless up lights.
D. Rehersal services Our DJ's will meet with you at your ceremonie site. We will coordinate the ceremonie with your efficient and planner to make sure the music and all other services needed will be perfect on your special day. Monday's through Friday mornings only.
F. Travel Some of the facilities we work at are a bit of a drive so for that reason we do have a travel fee. Please give us your event location and we will provide you with a quote with travel included in the price.
G. 8 ft. Screen If you're in need of a screen to show off your power point or DVD we can provide it for you. The screen will collapse so when not in use it is out of the way.
